The Mental Health and Well-being Service @ Blackfriars Settlement offers our Thinking Ahead programme of free face to face groups and online zoom activities, helping you to stay connected and be active.

We promote well-being through helping to build confidence, make connections and relationships, learn new skills and peer support.

Thriving art sessions come as standard as well as group Discussions, social groups and outings throughout the year.

*NOTE: To attend any of the above, you will need to join Thinking Ahead programme and complete a registration form. There are limited spaces for each activities, so booking is necessary and all new members need to join through the Thursday new members groups.

Location

All of our activities take place at our Rushworth Street centre in London SE1 0RB. See detailed information about our location and how to get here. You will be asked to fill in a registration form and be invited in to meet us. There are limited spaces to attend our activities and groups, and you will need to be booked in advance.

Work With Us

We are keen to work with organisations who are interested in creating opportunities for people experiencing mental health problems. If you are a business or company interested in developing volunteering, work experience or paid work opportunities for our members please get in touch.
