Stretch to Life
10 easy mindful movements to increase concentration and balance.
Taking action towards achieving your future goals.
Group discussion, setting goals, action plans, skills sharing in a peer supportive way.
Cook & Eat Programme
These run regularly for 6 weeks throughout the year. You need to book early as there are limited spaces, its’ essential to attend all 6 sessions. Learn and participate how to cook healthy on a budget, In partnership with Made in Hackney. Next courses coming soon in June and September 2019.
User-led and facilitated group to
Lunchtime group to talk on themed topics. Space to breath, share and support each other.
Multi-media art materials available to explore new art or bring your own work.
User-led for all members to be involved in shaping programmes and other centre work
Reading collectively through a book of interest and discussion.
Crafty clay workshop

1-2-1 support with beginners computer support.
