Mental Health and Wellbeing

The Mental Health and Well-being Service @ Blackfriars Settlement will continue to offer our 'Be Connected at HOME' programme of free online zoom activities, helping you to stay connected and be active.

No internet access? You can still join in support and discussion groups, via out new telephone conferencing, without any cost to you.

We continue to offer one to one telephone support, to help with practical and emotional issues. Call or email us on:
Ad: 07716 459314 or Renuka: 07716 458577

We are also (slowly and carefully to ensure everyone's safety) introducing some face-to-face groups at Blackfrairs Settlement, which are by appointment only, but will increase in size and frequency depending on the developing Covid 19 situation.

We promote well-being through person-centred personal development. Whether you are looking for a training and development pathway or prefer a less structured environment including peer support, there will be something here to help you develop skills and confidence. Thriving art sessions come as standard!

Please see our full programme of activities in the table below or download our latest flyer.
